Amanda Orelus is an Associate Attorney at The Joseph Firm. She dedicates her practice to Family & Marital Law matters. She represents clients in all family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, time-sharing, pre-nuptial agreements, and other family law related matters.

Amanda is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and has been an invaluable part of our team, serving in various roles, from intern to legal assistant, law clerk, and now as a dedicated Associate Attorney.

During her time in law school, Amanda was an active member of the Black Law Student Association, highlighting her commitment to fostering inclusivity and diversity in the legal profession. She was recognized for her scholastic achievements when she was awarded a scholarship from the Gwen S. Cherry Women Lawyers Association.

She served as a non-attorney member of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit, ensuring the highest level of ethics within the legal community.

In law school, Amanda also interned with the Guardian Ad Litem Program of Broward County, where she served as a voice for abused, neglected, and abandoned children in dependency court. This aligns perfectly with our firm's commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
